Step One: Book Your Appointment

When you book an appointment, we’ll ask for you to send along your dental insurance information. This allows us to verify your benefits and give you a heads-up on the anticipated out-of-pocket costs for any procedures we prescribe.

Step Two: Prep for your appointment

Looking to minimize stress and maximize time? Gather important information beforehand like your medical history, medications, and any potential concerns so that you’re ready to discuss with your doctor.

You can also download and fill out the patient forms ahead of time and bring them with you to your appointment to minimize time in the waiting room.

With the steps above completed, our doctors can be prepared to provide the best possible care for you, making your visit easy, comfortable, and stress-free.
